These general conditions govern the sale of Electronic Travel Authorizations (EVs), Electronic Visas, or Temporary Visas, for the entry into the territory of foreign countries requiring these formalities.
Our website is not an official website of the immigration services.
The AVE (e-Visa) services offered are services intended to assist you in all your administrative procedures, within the framework of a stay or transit abroad. The price charged covers all immigration services costs, as well as all costs of managing, administering, archiving, and emailing your personal travel authorization.
As part of the AVE services (e-Visa), customers have a telephone hotline 7 days a week from 08:30 to 21:30 to be assisted in all their efforts to obtain AVE, e-Visa, or temporary visas.
In the event of loss, customers can request a copy of their EV (e-Visa) at any time by phone or email.
Customers can always order their EV (e-Visa) directly from the official immigration sites of the foreign countries visited at the current rates. In this case, they renounce all the services offered by our company.
Any use of the website implies full knowledge of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, their acceptance, and commits consumers to comply with their terms and conditions.
When ordering, the price of all services is indicated in Euros all taxes included (no VAT is applied for these services). Any applicable taxes in foreign countries on the day of the order are included in the sale price, unless otherwise specified at the time of the order.
The company reserves the right to change the price of the services at any time. Orders will be invoiced on the basis of the price list in effect at the time of validation of the order.
The payment of the AVE service (E-Visa) is made online, when ordering, by valid credit card.
The transaction is debited at the time of order validation.
The customer acknowledges that the communication of his credit card information constitutes authorization to debit his bank account to our company for the full amount of the order, including any fees and taxes.
The Electronic Travel Authorization will not be delivered, in case of opposition to payment, by the credit card used during the order.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code of the consumer's place of residence, the consumer has the legal withdrawal period, as from the receipt of the products, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify any reasons or pay any penalties.
However, in accordance with the same provisions of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of documentation and intangible subscription services which are fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance has begun, after prior express consent of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
The user will be deemed to have given his consent to receive the AVE (e-Visa) ordered before the end of his withdrawal period, as soon as at his first connection to the website, he has accepted to receive the service to which he has previously subscribed, he irrevocably waives his withdrawal period.
By accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the user agrees to definitively waive his withdrawal period for the purchased EV (e-Visa) service.
In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on the conclusion of online contracts, the contract is concluded at the time when the user validates and confirms his order on the website.
Details of the entire order are displayed on the payment confirmation screen and the user can, at any time, correct his order before validating the payment.
Contracts concluded on the website (data relating to Orders and General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the day of the order) are archived for 5 years.
Any customer can access his archived contract, just send an email to our customer support.
The AVE (e-Visa) services offered are services intended to assist you in all your administrative procedures in accordance with the legislation in force in the country for which the Electronic Travel Authorization is implemented. We cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance by the customer with the legislation of the country where the service is used.
In addition, be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased service.
Finally, our company cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a service interruption, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
All the information indicated, when the applicant applies for an EV (e-Visa), is in compliance with foreign immigration and refugee protection laws. All information may be provided to any federal institution responsible for immigration control on foreign soil that requests it, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Acts. Also in the context of strict immigration control, the information provided may be transmitted to the authorities and administrations empowered to monitor the application of immigration legislation.
The information disclosed will be stored by the authorities in personal information banks, in accordance with the Privacy Act.
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the applicant declares that he has read and understood all the terms of this paragraph and, on his honour, declares that all the information given at the time of the EV (e-Visa) request is sincere and true.
Any false declaration constitutes an offence under immigration laws that may lead to a ban on residence on foreign territory.
An Electronic Travel Authorization (e-Visa) validated by the government gives the possibility to enter the foreign country. However, the customs, immigration and border protection services may take a contradictory decision when verifying documents at border crossings and invalidate an Electronic Travel Authorization (e-Visa) previously issued by the government.
All e-visa applications are processed immediately upon validation of the payment in order to accelerate the receipt of travel visas.
Therefore, it is impossible to refund an e-Visa application once it has been received and processed by our production department.
The e-Visa application fee is not refundable. If an e-Visa exists or is discovered in duplicate (pre-purchase application on our platform), it will also not be possible to refund it.
Only unprocessed e-Visa (incomplete files) or ineligible customers detected by our customer service will be refunded, with the exception of a 40 € handling fee and start of processing.
In case of refusal of the e-Visa by the government services of the destination country, for whatever reason, no refund will be granted.
By purchasing e-visa services on our website, you have agreed to all the terms and conditions of our Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to validating your payment.
Your express acceptance of our Terms and Conditions prior to your payment, your approval of all the information you have filled in on the forms on our site constitute a waiver of your right to a refund and withdrawal once the payment phase is completed.
If a significant error is made in your initial application, we will resubmit the application on your behalf at no additional charge, but no refund will be issued.
All the elements of the website from which the order was placed are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Electronic Visa. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or sound. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without our written consent.
We collect personal information and personal data about all our customers. This information is necessary for order management, as well as to improve services and information for customers.
They may also be transmitted to companies and administrations that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment.

Under the provisions of the Consumer Code, the parties will have the possibility of using a conventional mediation or conciliation procedure, if provided for by the Code of Civil Procedure.
